OCTY supports Microsoft, Linux, Adobe, IT Support, cybersecurity awareness, productivity systems, workflow readiness, and practical digital skills for real community needs.
OCTY-backed projects include CulturalStream, Medical Library / PrimeHealth-style health education, Comprehensive EHR Systems planning, cybersecurity and digital safety, public health safety, and related MaxTrax initiatives.
Health education is knowledge-only and does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace licensed professionals. Backend systems remain private unless intentionally launched with proper security and review.
