These Terms of Use govern public access to Operation Catch Them Young websites, pages, programs, and project descriptions, including education, medical education, CulturalStream, cybersecurity, EHR planning, and community technology initiatives.
By accessing or using operationcatchthemyoung.org, OCTY public websites, project pages, program pages, contact forms, donation pages, CulturalStream prototype pages, PrimeHealth/Medical Library content, or other OCTY online services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
Operation Catch Them Young (OCTY) provides community-centered education, health literacy, youth and family support, digital training, technology access, nonprofit IT support, medical education content, and responsible innovation projects. Public project descriptions may include programs in development, pilot projects, prototypes, research, partner-ready initiatives, and future planned systems.
All website content, including Medical Library, health literacy, symptoms, lab-test education, medication-safety awareness, wellness, technology, cybersecurity, education, youth, family, and digital skills content, is provided for knowledge and educational purposes only. Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, scraped, redistributed, or used commercially without OCTY permission, except for limited personal, non-commercial educational use with attribution where allowed.
OCTY does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, emergency services, or clinician-patient services through public website content. Medical Library content is not a substitute for qualified licensed physicians, nurses, pharmacists, therapists, emergency responders, or other professionals. Using self medication can be dangerous to health. Consulting for treatment without proper diagnosis by a qualified licensed physician or doctor can also be dangerous. Seek urgent or emergency care for severe, sudden, worsening, or life-threatening symptoms.
Use of the website does not create a doctor-patient relationship, attorney-client relationship, therapist-client relationship, IT service contract, cybersecurity engagement, consulting engagement, or other professional relationship unless separately agreed in writing by OCTY.
CulturalStream is an OCTY-supported creator discovery, source-tracking, and content-organization project. It may organize publicly available YouTube metadata and other public media information by country, language, category, source, and quality or risk signals. CulturalStream does not host, download, or reupload YouTube video files as its own content. Users should access YouTube content through YouTube links, embeds, or other approved source routing. Use of YouTube features may also be governed by YouTube Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy, and YouTube API Services terms.
CulturalStream may identify and differentiate likely genuine audience-interest signals from suspicious or invalid-engagement risk signals. These risk signals are intended for discovery quality, source review, advertiser trust, creator attribution, duplicate/repost analysis, and platform integrity support. CulturalStream does not create fake views, fake viewers, artificial likes, artificial watch time, comment spam, subscriber manipulation, or artificial traffic.
Any references to comprehensive EHR systems, health records, clinical workflows, lab workflows, pharmacy workflows, cybersecurity tools, fraud awareness, or security projects are informational and developmental unless a separate written agreement, privacy notice, security process, and compliance framework applies. Users must not submit confidential clinical, patient, identity, or security-sensitive data through public contact forms unless OCTY specifically provides an approved secure process.
You agree not to use OCTY websites or projects for unlawful activity, harassment, abuse, spam, scraping, unauthorized access, security circumvention, intellectual-property infringement, misleading submissions, fake engagement, malware, credential theft, exploitation, or interference with OCTY systems, partners, users, donors, or third-party platforms.
OCTY may review donations, equipment, medical supplies, technology items, training requests, program requests, and partnership requests before acceptance. Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance, eligibility, delivery, funding, service, partnership, or approval. OCTY may decline items or requests that are unsafe, restricted, unsuitable, incomplete, outside program scope, or inconsistent with mission, law, donor requirements, or operational capacity.
OCTY content, names, program materials, page text, designs, logos, educational materials, project descriptions, forms, and original materials are owned by or licensed to OCTY unless otherwise stated. Third-party names, videos, thumbnails, channels, logos, brands, and content remain the property of their respective owners. OCTY does not claim ownership of YouTube videos or third-party content displayed or linked through CulturalStream.
The website may link to YouTube, Google, payment processors, hosting providers, educational resources, partner websites, or other third-party services. OCTY does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, content, availability, security, or practices.
OCTY provides public website content and project information on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, project approval, funding, partnership results, medical outcomes, technology outcomes, search ranking, content availability, or third-party platform access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OCTY, its directors, officers, volunteers, contractors, partners, and representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the website, reliance on educational content, third-party platforms, public project descriptions, or unavailable services.
OCTY may update these Terms of Use, website content, project descriptions, programs, policies, and services at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
