CulturalStream — Creator Discovery & Source-Tracked Entertainment Platform

CulturalStream is an entertainment discovery and creator-protection project focused on helping viewers find quality movies, music, skits, documentaries, education, live events, sports, and cultural content across YouTube and other public media sources.

The project is being designed to organize content by country, language, category, source channel, quality signals, and viewer-interest patterns while supporting source tracking, creator attribution, duplicate/repost risk review, suspicious engagement-risk review, and better discovery for African and global creators.

PrimeHealth Library — Medical Education & Health Literacy

PrimeHealth Library is a medical education and health-literacy project designed to help people better understand common lab tests, symptoms, conditions, medication safety, preventive health topics, and when to seek qualified medical care.

PrimeHealth Library is educational only. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace licensed clinicians. The project promotes safe language, medical caution, and responsible health education for families and communities.

Comprehensive EHR Systems — Future Healthcare Workflow Technology

OCTY is planning comprehensive healthcare technology systems that may support electronic health records, clinical workflow, patient information organization, pharmacy-related workflows, laboratory information, care coordination, and secure record management.

This project will require strong privacy, security, compliance, and healthcare professional review before any real clinical use.

Community safety program

Cybersecurity, Digital Safety & Fraud Awareness

OCTY supports cybersecurity awareness and digital safety education for youth, families, nonprofits, small organizations, and community groups.

Focus areas include fraud awareness, scam prevention, password safety, device protection, safe online behavior, and responsible use of technology.
